Effective Social Media Marketing

Social media is here to stay. As an entrepreneur or small business owner, if you don't use it to grow your business, you miss it. I'm sure you've already seen the statistics. In 2015, 73% of Americans had a social network profile, a 6% increase over the previous year, according to Statista. The numbers don't lie. Social media is a way of life all over the world.

As an entrepreneur or small business owner, if you don't use online social presence to grow your business, you miss out. By 2017, the global social media audience will reach 2.55 billion people, according to Emarketer.

Below, I listed some simple step process for developing a social media marketing strategy.

1. Identify your goals.

Every company should have a mission. Your corporate mission should have a mission statement. For each mission, there must be a goal. What is the positive result or end goal you want to achieve? You may want to become famous on the Internet, organize concerts, promote a book or training program, or simply want more customers. Whatever it is, you have to write down your goals and the logic behind them. Understanding where you want to go and how you are going to get there will help you design the best plan and route to follow.

2. Get clarity of brand.

Be clear about your brand before you broadcast it. Answer these three important questions. What can I do? Who are you helping? What do you want to be known for? Once you are able to clearly formulate the answers to these questions, you can communicate it on social media or in front of anyone. You need to be able to say clearly and succinctly in one sentence what you are experiencing and describe your business model in a sensible way.

3. Master the art of sweater marketing.

Marketing is about attracting customers. When you create basic messages with strong call-to-action statements, you lay the groundwork for people in your target audience to self-qualify and respond with "me too" or "I need this" or "where can I learn from it" more? Your goal is to have ideal perspectives that can be seen clearly in your business model. They need to be able to see that your business is offering exactly what they are looking for.

Social platforms are an excellent tool for using pulled marketing tactics. Whether you're running ads or creating a survey, survey or contest, you can get targeted leads using social media messages and ads. The key is to develop messages that your target market will respond to.

4. Connect and build relationships.

In order to sell anything to someone, you must have a relationship of trust. This concept is also valid online. Before you start trusting yourself, you really need to connect, converse and engage with social media people. One of the best ways to connect with people is to use groups on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. In these groups, you can converse and have electronic conversations with people and demonstrate your expertise. On social sites like Instagram and Pinterest, you need to use hashtags. On Twitter, you use hashtags and lists to engage with others.

Whatever platform you're on, make sure you highlight what's unique about you. You must be able to clearly express your sale proposal. When people don't understand what sets you apart, they reduce your product or services to the price.

Tracking, commenting and sharing their content is another great way to connect with people. On each social media marketing platform, it is possible to provide feedback by sharing, commenting or clicking a button to like the message. When you appear on that person's social media page, they will notice you sooner or later.
